YOGA

RESTORATIVE

Perfect for all levels, this slower, grounded class often utilizes props to support deeper relaxation. Moving intentionally into postures and breath work - you can expect the chillest of Rebel vibes in this gentle practice.

Vinyasa

In this traditional flow class, get ready to move mindfully and intentionally while connecting breath to movement. We will work to gain flexibility and release tension while building strength through variations of poses that work for your body. Rebels will leave feeling a deeper mind and body connection.

STRENGTH TRAINING

STRENGTH

Get personalized attention in this small-group class (max 8 students) where we will utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, (and more!) with this full body workout that focuses on functional movements in core muscle groups. 

CARDIO + CORE

We mix interval training with 360* core work (abs, glutes + back) where you'll work in timed bursts of movement followed by shorter, active recovery periods. Not only will we focus on your entire core, we’ll build your cardio, improve strength + endurance, and you’ll walk out feeling strong AF.

Rebel 30|30

Worlds collide with this badass Rebel format. We’ll start you off with 30 minutes of Bodyweight Bootcamp and follow it up with 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga.

If you’re looking to nail down the basics and build a solid foundation or move your existing practice to the next level, private yoga sessions are for you! You’ll get one on one instruction with individually crafted sessions.

Our trainers offer sessions tailored to your fitness level and will work with your current set-up. No two sessions are the same - we’ll keep you accountable and on your toes.
