What’s the best way to contact Rebel?
We are located at 1171 Homestead Road, Suite 160 in Santa Clara. We’re on the corner of Homestead Rd & Jackson St, just 2 blocks off Santa Clara University. Find us on the Jackson Street side nestled between the Toppings Tree restaurant and the Card Shop. We recommend parking in the lot on Jackson, just behind the Post Office (and conveniently right across the street from our entrance). You can also use the lot behind the building but please note you’ll need to walk around the building to get to the front door.
Where the hell are you even located?
First time to our studio? Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get yourself settled into the space. If you’ve never practiced yoga/taken a strength class before, don’t worry, you’re in the right place and we are here to support you.
For Strength: Wear comfortable clothing, athletic footwear, and come prepared to sweat!
For Yoga and Cardio + Core: Dress comfortably and bring a mat if you have one. We do have yoga props (mats, blocks, straps, and blankets) if you forget yours. A mat towel is helpful for Cardio + Cardio or Strong Flow, if you have one. No shoes for these classes!
We recommend bringing a water bottle + we have a water cooler if you need to refill!
How should I prepare for class and what should I bring?
To keep you safe and ensure you're properly warmed up for class, and to minimize disruption to the class and instructor, there will be no entry to class after the warm-up (5 minutes after class begins). If you do arrive after the Strength warm-up, we are happy to help get you signed you up for another class.
Is there a late arrival policy?
What is your late-cancel/no-show/refund policy?
You may cancel a reserved session for any reason without a charge up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled class time. A cancellation less than 8 hours prior to the class will result in a $15 charge. A no-show without cancellation will result in a $25 charge + loss of a session (if client has a class package). This applies to all class formats and all membership types, including Unlimited. All personal training and private sessions must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of scheduled session. PT sessions cancelled within the 24 hour timeframe result in a loss of session. Classes must be cancelled via Mindbody - unfortunately class cancellations via phone, text, email, or DM are not effective or valid.
There are no refunds on memberships or class packs or any unused portions of both. Refunds will not be issued for drop-ins, workshops, or yoga teacher trainings.
How do your waitlists work?
On the waitlist? Sit tight! Mindbody will send an email when you've been bumped into class. (You'll probably get a text from us too!) Our Strength classes are capped small to ensure that we're able to move at a safe pace (especially at 6am 😴). If you show up to the studio without word that you made it in, we will be happy to help get you signed up for another class that has space.
Unfortunately we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 in the studio while class is in session. Nope, not even if they are the cutest little thing we’ve ever seen sitting quietly in the lobby while the adults practice. Plus, a lot of us come here to get a break from the kids.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
We use Mindbody to schedule and book all classes, workshops, personal training sessions, etc. You’ll need to create a log-in and password unique to Rebel to book classes. Book ahead if you can, we love it when you pre-register for classes.

How do I sign up for a membership!?
We allow one (1) pause per six (6) months of active membership. Pauses are for one full billing cycle (ex. 9/10 - 10/10), whether you will be out for 3 weeks or 3 days. We kindly require any changes you need made to your account be requested in writing 30 days before your next billing date.
