Private sessions are supportive, judgment-free, and personalized to your experience level. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to begin.

BOOKING POLICIES
Private sessions are reserved specifically for you, and your appointment time is held with care.
Single sessions are valid for 2 weeks from date of purchase. Session packages are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of that session.
Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of our scheduled session together.
