About

Hi, I’m [Jenn]—a yoga teacher and graphic designer working at the intersection of wellness, education, and design. I help individuals feel better in their bodies, and help wellness brands communicate with clarity, beauty, and purpose.

[As a yoga teacher], I am an E-CYT 500 with more than10 years of experience dedicated to fostering connection, authenticity, and empowerment. Rooted in community building and trauma-informed principles, my teaching emphasizes meeting each student where they are with compassion, clarity, and deep respect for the practice.

My background includes owning and operating my own yoga studio, [formerly Rebel Rise Studios], as well as leading teacher trainings and retreats—experiences that shaped my understanding of how to create supportive, transformative spaces for students of all backgrounds.

In my classes and private sessions, I often focus on building functional strength and cultivating embodied awareness, while still making space for softness, grounding, and introspection. I approach yoga as a practice of liberation—one that encourages acceptance, curiosity, and the freedom to show up exactly as you are. In a culture that often tells us we should be different, better, or more, I invite students to explore their breath, their bodies, and their own inner wisdom, moving in their truth unapologetically and fully.

[Design has always been another essential part of my creative life]. I earned my degree in Graphic Design from San José State University, with a focus on branding, print design, and print making. After an early chapter of freelance work, I brought those skills into the wellness world—building my own studio brand, creating educational materials, and designing teacher training manuals and resources that were both beautiful and functional.

Today, I offer creative services for wellness professionals, yoga schools, and purpose-driven brands who want polished, thoughtful materials that reflect the quality of their work. Whether I’m guiding a movement practice or designing a manual, my goal is the same: to create experiences that feel clear, supportive, and impactful.

[I’m also a devoted dog person]—borderline unwell about dogs, if we’re being honest. I volunteer as a dog walker with the Atlanta Humane Society, which is one of the highlights of my week. My own dog, however, treats every post-shift return home like a personal betrayal and conducts a full investigation of the foreign scents on my clothes.
